Comfortable Home Away from Home

Great Entertainment Options

Fantastic Pool Facilities

I spent a lot of time in the heated outdoor pool which was perfect for a refreshing dip. The BBQ area near the pool was great for a relaxed evening with family, making it an ideal spot to unwind.

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the location was convenient and the pool area was decent, the service was lacking and the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The rude behavior from management really overshadowed any positives, making it hard to recommend this place.

Our stay at Santana was truly enjoyable, with a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and great amenities. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including a laundry and kitchen area. The pool was delightful, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the Gold Coast. However, it's worth noting that the rooms could use a bit of modernization, and we did have a small hiccup with the check-in process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the money!

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The BBQ area was a great addition for family gatherings. It’s close to the beach and good dining options, but the fridge issue slowed us down for a bit. Overall, great value for money and a perfect coastal retreat!
